Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., used poultry supplies).

Restocking Fee & Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to cover inspection and repackaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
