I started raising Coturnix Quail in the fall of 2021 after attending Homesteaders of America. AJ Farms introduced me to quail and showed me out great of an animal to raise on a homestead. This variety of quail can be gendered at 3 weeks and start laying eggs at 5 weeks and males are ready for processing at 8 weeks.
I'm getting together hatching information for future hatching rentals. I felt there was a need for this easy Hatching Calendar to help the hatch go smoothly. I'm recommending using the Brinsea Mini II Advanced along with the smaller 12 egg tray.
